Mind-body modality that utilizes three sensors: the patient, the practitioner, and a biometric device, such as a heart rate monitor. Practices include therapeutic breathing, visualization, posture training, and mindfulness.

What to expect
First visit: Assessment of current nervous response to breathing and stressors.

Follow-up visits: various techniques and training modalities with the goal to promote balance of nervous system states based on individual assessment.

Individuals with stress-related disorders, migraine or tension headaches, stress and/or urge incontinence, dyssynergia-type constipation, and more.
